GET TO KNOW OUR OWNER MAURY

Owner of Buford General Contractors, Maury Buford, grew up in small town Mount Pleasant, Texas. He attended college at Texas Tech University and married the love of his life, Dana. Buford was selected by the San Diego Chargers in the 1982 NFL draft. He won a Super Bowl ring as the punter for the 1985 Chicago Bears in Super Bowl XX. He was also a member of the “Shuffling Crew Band” in the video The Super Bowl Shuffle, “playing” his personal favorite, the cowbell. Maury Buford now lives a wonderful life in the Dallas-Fort Worth area providing residential and commercial roofing services & more, all with his wife Dana, four children, their families, and six grandchildren by his side.

Buford General Construction did a COMPLETE remodel of my home. There is not a cabinet, sink, drawer or door that remained the same in the house. The entire project took 17 weeks (would have been 14 if the interior doors would have been in on time). A remodel this size is always stressful but Maury and his crew were wonderful and the end result was well worth it. The quality of work that was done on my house is top notch. I have been back in the house 7 months and I not come across any issues or anything i would do differently. Highly recommend!
